It's possible to have a Asset in Inventory costed by Average costing and at the same time Capitalize

The problem is, can we have a Asset in subinventory costed by average costing and at the same time Capitalized in Fixed Asset ? If I do have a Child Asset, for instance, a hydraulic machine on inventory and in the Fixed Asset, when I replace it by a new one in inventory, already capitalized in FA, we can have double values in our balances.

So, some one could say if its possible to do that, costed in inventory and capitalized in FA without use project ???
