Chargebacks (RB) as Part of the Invoiced Prior Year Calculation of R03B16A

Hello,

We are noticing that Chargebacks (RB) document types are not being included in the calculation of Invoiced Prior Year by the R03B16A Statistical Refresh.  Is that by design?
