Cannot find AR Invoice for a Service Contract showing billed amount. Why? / Help?

I have created a Service Contract (for a subscription) from Order Management with Service Billing Option = Full Billing from Service Contracts.  The sales order closed properly and created the service contract for the subscription, the contract shows the proper amount billed but when I search through Receivables I cannot find the invoice.  Any idea why?  (Same OU, LE, etc.  I did the same process with the Service Billing Option from OM and had no troubles find the AR Invoice that was created).
