Service Contract billed amount shows in forms but not HTML - have I missed a process/profile?

I have created numerous service contracts and invoiced them without issues.  When I look at the contracts in the Service Contracts forms I see the correct billed amount.  However, when I view the service contract in the html pages the billed amount is always 0.  I have run the concurrent program "Service Contracts Fetch Receivables information for Billing" several times, no change in results.  Am I missing another process to run, or maybe a profile option, to have the billed amount shown in the html pages?
