Apply Modifier across multiple lines in Forms Quote

Hello Community,

I have a need to be able to select a subset of quote lines and apply the same discount (modifier) to each line in order to speed up Adjustments entry. I know a header discount exists (applies to the whole) but functionally, I want to select a subset of lines. Picture a quote with 100 lines. I want to select lines 1-50, and apply Discount A. Then select lines 51-100 and apply discount B. By the way, the items are all different. They don't necessarily belong to one family or category.

I am not aware of a way to batch (or mass change) this process. Does one exist? If not, what was the business reason Oracle didn't pursue?
