Cannot open receiving document

Dear all Guru's

 

i unable to open my receipt document. in the bottom right of java form, there is message "FRM-40212: Invalid value for field RECEIPT_NUM".

than i try to find in database table. as far as i know, receiving are recorded in 3 table, there are :

RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS 

RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES

RCV_TRANSACTIONS

 

if i query from the table RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS, the result show one row. but if i query for next 2 table, there is no row are shown.
