Error ORA-1403 when you select alternate specification in get specs button of sample entry. Any poin

It is upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.2.4. Wile sample entry, in get spec if you select alternate spec, it gives ORA-1403. Not when you use default spec. The same error even if you select the same spec as in default through alternate option. No such issue on 11.5.10.
