Auto update in Property manager

Hi Team,

Please advice do we need some kind of APIs in property manager for example if lease termination date passed so its status automatically changed to 'Terminated' I mean we don't need to manually select the status or visa versa

Do we needed following APIs to put this fixes or to upgrade and applying these APIs will do things automatically?
