CWB or OAB
Gurus,
We are trying to propose technology stack for a prospective customer. For HCM, we have benefits requirements in place .
The customer is from Malaysia region. The requirement mentions benefits administration , loan management and re-imbursement management.
Just wanted to know which module can be best suited for these requirements (at a broader level)?
Compensation Workbench (CWB) or Advanced Benefits (OAB) ?
In other words, what we can achieve separately from each modules ?
