Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I created a receipt with amount of 1000 in ILS and I would like to apply it against Transaction in USD?

what value should be populated in receipt application?
