Mississippi W-2 Format missing zeros and incorrect fills in the R897869MS - anyone else experiencing

Hi,

We ran into an issue with the R897869MS State EFW2 Mag Media missing several positions  and incorrect position fills in the flat file generated by the R897869MS. I didn't find anything recently in Oracle support for this - the last ESU JL20940 with a bug fix that I found has been applied but it appears there are other format fixes required. I found specs on the MS gov site from 2013 - anyone have/know of a newer set of govt specs for this? Any ESUs I missed?   [E1 9.0 Tools 8.98.4.12]
