MRP R3483 job does not finish

Hello Everyone

I am having  an issue where one of our division has their MRP job (R3483) running forever. It does not complete... That division has the bill defined based on a project and due to that the R3483 processing option 3 (Project Planning =1) on the MFG mode tab. By having this option turned on the MRP job keeps on running. If this option is turned off, the job completes successfully. Any ideas from the experts?
