Missing IH Transactions in G/L

Hi all

I have an issue where some WO's are missing IH transactions in the G/L.  Both examples I have come across have had time captured in F31122 and each entry has a G/L date and IH transaction type against it.  Neither of the examples has actual units or amounts populated in the F3102 though where I would expect to see the units and calculated amounts.  One thing that I did notice, is that both operation sequences on each WO's routing, are still open with no status which has a description of 'Waiting for Assignment'.  I am not sure of the impact
