Integrator not showing up in Create Document

Hi,

I've setup a custom layout in Integrator 'PER RI: Upload Employee' but I'm not able to see the Integrator in 'Create Document' even after setting up Profile Option 'Allow No Security Rule' to 'Yes'.

Please help.
