EMCC 12c - How to send "clear" email notifications for critical events?

In OEM 11g, a number of alerts are configured to send "clear" emails if an open alert metric value drops below the threshold levels. For example, in 11g a disk device alerts when it is 95+% busy, but as soon as the device drops back below the threshold, the alert is cleared automatically at the next metric collection, and an "all clear" e-mail is sent out.

We are in the process of setting up a new OEM CC 12.1.0.4 environment, pretty much out-of-the-box. How do we configure that same kind of "clear" notification in 12c? We find it much easier to watch an e-mail box, than to be constantly digging into the incident manager, only to see that what was a critical event has subsequently been cleared.
