Where is External Bank Branch information stored in tables?

We use AP Release 12.2.4. I want to get a listing of all the external bank BRANCHES that are in our application. I noticed the AP_BANK_BRANCHES table is only holding the data that was created in Release 11i. Any updates or new entries we have made in Release 12 are not stored in this table. There aren't any standard reports that give this detail either. I am trying to run a simply SQL query and I'm getting nowhere.
