Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

The documention at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E63431_01/doc.121/e63330/dbadmin.htm#CMTAR147 doesn't reference an upgrade to 12c so I'm assuming there is nothing different?

Upgrading to Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.12 from Oracle Database 11.2.0.2.x Releases

...

oakcli upgrade database -db tpcc -to OraDb11203_home1

Also, to anyone who has upgraded their ODA database from 11.2 to 12.1 is the result a non-CDB database?
