Licensing for JDE World to JDE E1 Upgrade

Hi,

I would appreciate if someone can respond to following query:

One of our customer is planning to move from JDE World to JDE EnterpriseOne. The customer is in active Oracle Support. Do they need to buy new licenses for JDE EnterpriseOne or the existing JDE World Licenses can be used?
