account balance transactions posted in period 13 not visible

Hi,

Our client follows date pattern like 01/05/2015- 30/04/2016. For the year end closing the open the period 13 so change the date pattern as:-

before change:

end of period 12- 30/04/15

end of period 13- 30/04/15

after change:

end of period 12- 29/04/15

end of period 13- 30/04/15

After year end closing the date pattern is restored to earlier one with end of period 12: 30/04/15 but now they have issues with data correctness in GL account balance reports with thru date 30/04/2015. It seems JDE does not include account balance transactions posted in period 13. Refer example below:-
