Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. iStore - EBS (MOSC)

ER: Cannot see the Attachments added by customer in istore when they complete the istore Quote.Once

Hello All,

We have very strong Business need and customer need where they wanted to see there attachments in iStore once they place the Quote.

After placing the Quote when user/customer tries to see the attachments they are not visible in istore.

Once the Quote is placed as sales order them only they can see the attachments which they added.

We have many customer saying they wanted attachments to be visible in istore once they place the Quote request

Let me know if you need more inputs on this.
