Data not appearing in certain screens for Oracle Procurement Mobile Application

Hi,

We are having 12.2.4 enviornment and configured the Oracle Procurement Mobile App, but data is not appearing on Purchase Orders screen for Pending, Rejected, On Hold & Delayed count is shown as 0 (Zero).

Further, when i search a particular order information is not displayed in Order header (Pending approval with , Status, Total (Incl Tax), Supplier, Supplier, Site, Opearting Unit, Document Style, Buyer.

When i click on approvals the history of approvals is also not displayed.

Can someone help on what could be reason for data getting displayed on these 3 screens.
