need to develop apex app to invoke putty session on client machine

HI Apex Guru's,

Will have a table with all host names.

Based on the user login credentials the list will populate which the administrator granted access to the host.

When user click on the host it should open a putty session on her/his local machine and connect to the host.

Please need your expert help how I can achieve this task?
