Financial Reporting Export to Office Application default file extension .xlsx - HFM 11.1.2.2.300

In Workspace > Financial Reporting Preferences > Reporting Studio, our Export to Office Application drop down menu provides no option for Office 2010, only Office 2002 - which exports to .xls file type.  Does anyone have some documentation on how to enable/show the option for Office 2010, so we can export to .xlsx?  I'm not finding much on the support site for this issue.
