Data Migration 11i to R12

Hi All

Need your help!!

We are upgrading our 11i instance to R12, we have completed 11i to R12 for SIT instance and it is working fine.

For the prod go-live we are not upgrading 11i PROD instance directly instead, we are taking clone of 11i production on new server and upgrading it to R12 and this will go-live after one month.

Till one month 11i instance will be live and day to day transaction will be happening in this, now the challenge is how to get one month data from 11i to R12?  Could you please help me? is there any way where we can migrate one month data from 11i to R12.
