Not picking carrier when MOT preference is used.

Multiple routes setup.  Example:

UPS Carrier for LTL MOT - weight is greater than 150 pounds

Fedex Carrier for 2 Day MOT - weight is less than 150 pounds

USPS Carrier for Overnight MOT - weight is less than 150 pounds.

Customer 1 wants Fedex for small packages

Customer 2 wants USPS for small packages.

Both use UPS for LTL

I have tried multiple scenarios, but system always takes MOT from first sequence and then tries to find carrier.  If it hits weight restriction when choosing a route, it just leaves carrier blank, it will not change the MOT to match the appropriate Route/weight.
