Problem with reversing JE's not reversing

Hello everyone,

I was hoping to get your thoughts on an issue we've been having.  We're still using 11i.  We've been seeing an issue happening more often.  What we're seeing is we'll upload a "reversing" journal entry through Web ADI and everything seems to go through just fine.  However, when we go in the next month and generate the journal entry reversal it's not there and doesn't get reversed.  For some reason the system uploads it as a non-reversing journal entry.  We are confident the journal entry we upload was set up to reverse, we keep the ADI templates.  It seems to
