Specific User Preferences in Planning Data Form XML file?

While editing some data form XML files that came from Production, I noticed at the bottom that there has been new lines that looks like it's related to individual user settings. These were not there when the forms were developed. I can't seem to find any documentation on what this is, so looking for some insight from the community to see if anyone knows what these lines are storing. My main concern is if I should keep these lines when migrating forms between environments and how it affects the end user.
