Is there a way to run training costs through a work order without charging it to the product?

Is there a way to run training costs through a work order without
charging it to the product?

- Our current JDE Version is 9.3

- Our current process is to charge all employees that are on the
line, even the ones we are training.

- New hires efficiencies are about at 1/2 of our current standard
therefore creating unfavorable labor variances to the product.

- Is there another option available to us to have them on the work
order and not record unfavorable labor variances? We would like to charge
training cost to another labor account.
