Which are the real network-parameters for a 4500 SBC?

Hi folks,

While troubleshooting one of our customer cases; I have noticed the following:

I understand the SBC has network-parameters configured as default. If one do the following:

# conf t

(configure)# system

(system)# network-parameters

(network-parameters)# se

(network-parameters)# sho

network-parameters

        tcp-keepinit-timer             75

        tcp-keepalive-count            4

        tcp-keepalive-idle-timer       400

        tcp-keepalive-interval-timer   75

        tcp-keepalive-mode             0

        sctp-send-mode                 unordered

        last-modified-by

        last-modified-date

The above ones are the default parameters if I am not wrong. However, according to the literature and more specificly to the ACLI config guide:

 

 

tcp-keepalive-count—Enter the number of packets the Net-Net SBC sends to the remote peer before it terminates the TCP connection. The default is 8.

 

tcp-keepalive-idle-timer—Enter the number of seconds of idle time before TCP keepalive messages are sent to the remote peer if the
