IP2014 : Querying on date Field appends 12:00 AM by default in the Date Search Spec

Dear team,

We have IP2014 (patch set 6) Call Center application installed.

Currently on some Date type fields, when we query with a date like 6/18/2015,

the application automatically appends 12:00 AM with it and hence the results are incorrect.

Even when we enter a date in the field and step off to the next field, the Date is changed to "6/18/2015 12:00 AM",

though it works fine if we enter the filed within inverted commas.

Attaching snapshots of the same for your reference.
