Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a way to get month position by a given week.

for example, I have a measure A = "w10_2015"

how can I make measure B = "m03_2015"
