Unable to start Essbase server.

Hi All,

I am getting error when I run diagnostic of Oracle EPM System 11.2.3.0

.=======================================================

Validating Essbase Server connection to hyperion-svr

Error: Cannot connect to olap service. Cannot connect to Essbase Server at "hyperion-svr:9577". Network error [10061]: Failed to connect to [hyperion-svr:9577] 

Recommended Action: Check Essbase Server is started. 

=======================================================

If I try to start Essbase server and opmnctl then I am getting following error.

[Mon Jun 29 14:58:42 2015]Local/ESSBASE0///9000/Error(1051518)

Essbase  global application does not exist at Shared Services

=======================================================


Could anyone please help me on this?
