Comments needs to be displayed for PO Approvals in Oracle Mobile Approvals

HI,

Approval / Rejection comments entered while approval or rejection are not displayed in Action history, can anyone help on how to enable the comments to be displayed in the Action History for Purchase Order Approvals in Oracle Mobile Approvals (We are using 12.2.4 EBusiness.)
