Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. IP14 : Alarm pop-ups not visible after Upgrade

Dear team,

We have IP2014 (patch set 6) Call Center application installed.

No Alarm pop-up has come up since the Upgrade has been done.

The same is working fine on the HI version.

The popups are working fine on standard SRF, though re-login is required everytime for the popups to be seen.

We have checked the logs and identified that the "Alarm Reminder Applet" is not being loaded in the customized application

though the same is being loaded on the standard SRF.

Due to this the JS files alarmmgrpm.js and alarmmgrpr.js are also not being loaded due to which no alarm is visible.
