Need to Synchronize 1 Tb of Data from Oracle Database to Sql Server for Goldengate Replication

We plan to setup a Goldengate Replication from Oracle Database as Source and Target is Sql Server .

Source : Oracle Database (with Extract & Pump)

Target : Sql Server (with Replicat)

We need to Synchronize the Data between them first.

Need to Synchronize 1 Tb of Data from Oracle Database to Sql Server for Goldengate Replication.

Please provide all Possibilites to do this Synchronization :

1) Like can we use Gateway to Synchronize the Data 1 Tb of Data.

(or) Use 2) Goldengate Initial Load method to synchronize 1 Tb of Data.

Please send us advantages & disadvantages of each Option as soon as possible
