E1 9.1 Tools Release 9.1.5 Batches left in status 'In Use' when session times out
Hi Community –
We are currently upgrading to Tools Release 9.1.5.x (we are testing both .1 and .4). What we have found is that if a session is timed out, it leaves the batch you were working in in a status of "In Use". I had read in a post from 2014 (Community Discussion ID 3557942) that this should not be happening because: per User Doseo-Oracle: "when JAS determine user session time out, it calls Cancel button hence so long as FSCloseBatch (F0011 Close Batch) is implemented in it, batch status will go back to previous status (either delete when transaction files are not written or update it with A or P depending on settings)."
