Service Request API in 11i

Hi,

Is it possible to create Service Request and Notes at the same time using below API.

Can i use only cs_servicerequest_pub API for creating Service Request and Notes, or should I also use jtf_notes_pub for notes.

Any sample code for both (Service Request and Notes).

cs_servicerequest_pub.create_servicerequest

jtf_notes_pub.create_note
