R12.1.3 Fixed Assets Posting of Mass Additions error

Gettting posting error due to adding cost adjustment to an asset that is already Amortized Adjusted; however when I try to correct the addition it won't let me add it again in order to flag the new cost adjustment to be amortized too.  Status ins Post, so I can hit the Remove to undo the cost adjustment, but that's it.. Add to Asset button is greyed out so can edit it any longer.  I know in 11i I could Remove, and select Add to Asset again to flag the missed amortize adjustment cost.
