Intercompany journals are failing

Hi,

When i upload a intercompany journals (i.e. with two lines one for 100 LE and one for 4000) it just fail.

100.xxx.xxx  Dr

400.xxx.xxxx     Cr

the error i get is

Error10- Showing unbalanced intercompany journal entry

Allow Dynamic inserts in on

i have check the setup all accounts are there.

i have also checked the patch patch 8722654:R12.GL.A and it is there

so what should i do ?

why is this happening?
