Installing Siebel 8.1.1.14 on a existing Siebel 8.1.1.10 server didnot create a new service.

We did the following on a Siebel server that already had Siebel 8.1.1.10 running .

1.installed Siebel 8.1.1.14 and then installed Patchset 6 .

2.The installation created a backup of existing 8.1.1.10 folders

3.Restarted the server after installed Server and Patch

4.We did not see the New Service that should have been created  as part of Siebel  IP2014 installation.

Are we missing anything?  Please let us know.
