What is the ISSUE/PROBLEM?

OPRA is running very slow. Persisting for days.

Processing an 8300-activity schedule takes more than an hour and still not complete. Sometimes,  it just freezes. This does not look like normal. The worst was 4 hours on this same schedule.

The tool work for a lot bigger project schedule than this one in acceptable time of  about 3 to less than 10 minutes.

Note that previous files were operated from the same directory level and the tool worked fine. Other Users can run the very same schedule and complete iteration in 15 to 20 minutes.
