Timed Action Delay
G'day,
I have set up the Timed Action Event to every 5 minutes, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. I understand that this is in UTC, so if I wanted normal business hours, I need to change that.
The Approve state is set up like this:
And this is the workflow history. The line that is highlighted is the approver's assignment that was canceled.
In the early morning (1 am) on 6/29, the timed action "Remind Assignment" kicked off and sent a reminder to that approver. It looked like the timed action event restarted after the weekends and decided that the assignment was overdue.
Was there a misconfiguration?
