Is it possible to have more than 1 person login to 1 userid at the same time and accessing the same

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to have more than 1 person login to 1 userid at the same time and accessing the same form?

One of the customer is trying to access same Workflow by 2 logins with same user id and is having problem.

They wanted to know if its possible.
