Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 10g report calling from Human Resource HRMS - image issues

Hi all

I have a problem with 10g oracle report which is calling from HRMS.

If i need to include a image field (BLOB) in my report, when generating to PDF output, it will hang and no response.

Is there any other way ? I thinking of using URL but how can i do it ?
