Searching for Acme Packet product patches and images

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Is there any chance that this product area gets a little more attention on the MOS?

Previously I have complained on the less than poor search facilities where you practically have to know where to find things, before you start a search for it (https://community.oracle.com/thread/3559219).

I haven't seen any improvements, but I have learned to bookmark heavily, in order to find my findings again.

This is the latest discovery, where it simply doesn't make any sense to me:

I'm trying to find a plug-in called "SipShield" for the Oracle Communications Session Border Controller.

Since I guess I'm not the first, I tried to search the forum first. Unfortunately the old Acme Packet forum has been moved to MOSC, so all the links pointing to a possible solution, are dead.
