What is meant by Expense Account Contain in Add Asset-Detail Web ADI

Hi....

We are planning to set up FA Module and used Add Asset-Detail Web ADI layout to upload opening Balances of Relevant Assets. I just want to clarify what is meant by expense account listed in that layout whether is it a Asset cost Account or any other account?
