calendar widget - the year font is so small I can't see it

I upgraded all of my forms from Oracle 10i to 11Gr2.  The calendar widget works and I can see the month and days but the year is in font that is so small, it is not visible.  Has anyone had this problem before?  I downloaded the calendar.jar file from the Oracle 11 demos, signed it and tried it.  Same problem.
