Crscrtl stop res –w not working properly

Hi to all,

we have a Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 Rac, on two nodes(node1, node2)  on Windows.

We are trying to restart  the database instances on node1 using:

Crscrtl start res –w “TYPE = ora.database.type” –n node1

It works  good, it starts instances on "node1"

Crscrtl stop  res –w “TYPE = ora.database.type” –n node1

It stops instances in "node1" and "node2", not only on "node1"!!!!!!

Any idea why is it happening?

Help will be appreciated

Thanks and regards.

Rob.
