Gather schema statistics Completed with Error

Hi folks,

This is the test environment. I'm currently upgrading EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.0 with 11.2.0.3.0 database home by following Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade Guide Release 12.0 and 12.1 to 12.2 Part No. E48839-02.

Every thing is going well. However, as a requirement, I need to gather schema statistics, which is one of the required step before upgrading application. While am executing it error out. Please, have a look on below screenshot. Log file states that Object statistics are locked. Do I need to unlock them?
