Mapping a set of Sub Ledgers to an Account ID

Is there a way we could Map a set of Sub Ledgers to an account ID and make it mandatory for that Account ID , only one of those values could be selected?

eg. Sub Ledger

Business Unit 202P0010

Object 2520

Subsidiary 3000010

Sub Ledgers

Sub Ledger
